With over 30+ years of experience in classroom, distance and/or blended training solutions, I have the skills to create complex curricula for diverse populations and have an in-depth background in experiential Leadership and Management Development programs.  Certified in the use of Myers-Briggs Type Inventory, I am familiar with all levels of government, Police Services, and private industry.
