Pakistan

For eight years BDLS provided Project Monitoring services for a $44M CIDA-funded Technology Transfer and Training Project to Pakistan’s Oil & Gas Development Corporation (OGDC). Visited Pakistan at least three times a year; and contributed expertise and advice to the CIDA management team on an ongoing basis. Prepared quarterly as well as annual progress and financial monitoring reports, conducted special evaluation and assessment assignments, and coordinated the Agenda and Minutes for Annual Steering Committee Meetings.

India

Contracted by a new-to-exporting Canadian company to develop a phased plan for the transfer of dry-cleaning technology to India.  Contributed project strategy coaching, funding proposal development and coordination (successfully funded) and government relations assistance.

Indonesia

Retained by a Canadian building supply consortium to evaluate, plan and fund a large-scale technology transfer and manufacturing opportunity in Jakarta. In addition to team building and project strategy, provided funding proposal development and government relations expertise. Project was successfully funded but not implemented due to social unrest in Indonesia during this time.
